‘Django Unchained’: Who will Tarantino cast in new slavery film?

New details emerge regarding Quentin Tarantino’s new film Django Unchained. As reported several months ago, the new film will be a slavery western. The Weinstein Company and a rep over at WME confirmed that the film will be going into production soon. According to William Morrison Endeavor, “It’s a western whose lead character is a former slave who is in league with Waltz to save his wife from an evil plantation owner,” the agency said. The actor cast to play the lead role of Django has yet to be announced.
