Keke Palmer Added To ‘A Virgin Mary’
Keke Palmer (“Akeelah and the Bee”) is set to co-star in Beth Schacter‘s new indie film A Virgin Mary.
The film is described as a coming-of-age story in the tradition of “Sixteen Candles,” and revolves around a 15-year-old girl who makes a pat to have sex with her best male friend if they’re still virgins by the time they graduate high school. Palmer will play the main character’s best friend.
Palmer lends her voice to “Ice Age: Continental Drift,” which is scheduled to hit theaters next summer. The actress will soon be seen alongside Queen Latifah in ‘Joyful Noise.’
