Eddie Murphy revealed his original plans for ‘Tower Heist’ were quite different from what the film turned out to be. In a recent interview with The Urban Daily‘s Rebecca Theodore-Vachon, the actor dished on his plans to make his own version of hit crime thriller Ocean’s Eleven — with a cast of black comedians.

Murphy planned on recruiting Chris Rock, Chris Tucker, Mike Epps, Dave Chappell, Martin Lawrence, and Katt Williams for the film. However, development of the script with Oscar-winning producer Brian Grazer didn’t work.
