Tyler Perry released the first trailer for his forthcoming drama Good Deeds today and it seems more toned down than we expected.

Perry plays a wealthy fiance who develops complicated feelings for a struggling single mother. Gabrielle Union, Thandie Newton, Brian White, Rebecca Romaijn, and Cuban actor Eddie Cibrian co-star.

“Good Deeds” hits theaters on February 24, 2012. Are you going to see it?
