Pooch Hall confirms return to ‘The Game’

Pooch Hall has confirmed on twitter that he will return for Season 6 of BET’s The Game.

The news comes after the network released a vague statement a few months ago implying the actor would not return. “As a result of Pooch’s involvement on a new project, BET is in the process of reworking the casting and storyline of the show,” a statement released by BET said.

While other websites and news sources reported the actor would not return to The Game, Hall has always maintained that he was not fired and did not want to leave the show.

While it’s unclear how big of a role Hall will have in the upcoming season, the network has already cast newcomer Jay Ellis in a leading role for next season. Hall’s former co-star Tia Mowry has since been replaced with Lauren London as the show’s new leading lady.
