Nate Parker in talks for Spike Lee’s ‘Oldboy’
Nate Parker is currently in negotiations for a role in Spike Lee‘s upcoming revenge drama, Oldboy.
Oldboy is a remake of Chan-wook Park‘s Korean thriller about a man (Josh Brolin) who is kidnapped and imprisoned in a hotel room for 15 years.
Parker will join Brolin, Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen, and Sharlto Copley.
The actor is in talks to play a doctor who works with Olsen’s character.
Parker’s acting credits include The Great Debators, Pride, and Red Tails. He can currently be seen in Lee’s Red Hook Summer.
