Clarke Peters Joins AMC’s Untitled Legal Pilot
Clarke Peters has been cast as a series regular in AMC’s Untitled Richard LaGravenese/Tony Goldwyn pilot, a new legal thriller that centers on Adam Page, a District attorney who uncovers new evidence that prompts the reinvestigation of a high-profile murder case involving white defendants and black victims.
The show is said to put an emphasis on racial themes. Peters will play the patriarch of the Page family, Isaiah Page, a retired cop and former police commissioner.
The cast also includes Damon Gupton, Seth Gilliam, and Aunjanue Ellis.
Peters television credits include “Colby City,” “The Wire” and “Treme.” His film credits include Endgame, Notting Hill and most recently, Spike Lee‘s Red Hook Summer.
