‘Game Of Thrones’ Star Nonso Anozie Cast in NBC’s ‘Dracula’

Nonso Anozie has joined the cast of NBC’s “Dracula” as a series regular.

Set in late 19th century London, the series will follow the famed vampire (played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers) living the double of an American businessman who is trying to bring modern science to English society by day—and a blood sucking vampire by night.

Anozie will play R.M. Renfield, the man who assists Dracula live out his double life. In the original Bram Stoker novel, Renfield is an inmate at the lunatic asylum, who eats small living animals and suffers from delusions.

Anozie appeared on the last season of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” and can be seen next in the History Channel’s upcoming mini-series “The Bible.”
